VictimLinkBC – VictimLinkBC is a toll-free, confidential, multilingual telephone service providing information and referral services to all victims of crime and immediate crisis support to victims of family and sexual violence – Crisis support chat for teens from noon til 1 AM for BC and Yukon. Someone is there to help when you don’t know who to talk to – Crisis support chat for Adults from noon til 1 AM for BC and Yukon. Like with YouthInBC, someone is there to help when you don’t know who to talk to
Blue Wave – A website full of resources for youth provided by the Blue Wave Foundation, a registered charity making a difference in the lives of youth struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and/or mental health issues

AnxietyBC – Resources for dealing with anxiety, including the MindShift app for Android and iOS devices – A website designed to help youth and young adults in British Columbia check out how they’re feeling and quickly connect to mental health resources and support.
Mindyourmind – An award-winning, non-profit mental health program that engages youth, and emerging adults with a focus on co-developing reliable and relevant resources with professionals.
