The Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre (CFEC) puts emphasis on maintaining integrity while being client centered and concerned with quality improvement. This is why we want to make it easy for our clients and community to provide feedback and help ensure we are providing the best quality service.

Questions, complaints and other concerns can be delivered to CFEC verbally (in person or on the phone) or in writing (by letter or email). Your feedback will be reviewed and the appropriate staff will respond to you in a timely fashion. Please refer to our Complaints and Communication Policy when making a formal complaint.
