Guest speakers facilitate topics of interest to families when pregnant or with children less than three years old.

Prenatal Class
 New Session starts September 2010
Evenings and Weekends.
Provides information on nutrition,
how to prevent problems and manage labour and delivery
Early Bird-recommended for early pregnancy. Anyone can come to the early bird class and take the rest of the prenatal program
later in their pregnancy.
Refresher Class-A one day review of labour, birth choices, options, and hospital tour, birth videos and comfort management.
