Family support for MCFD/Non-MCFD referrals or Drop in:
Support for any families that desire to: 
· Increase communication within the family unit
· Receive family prevention/intervention information or strategies
· Receive specialized, practical and professional assistance in any area of parenting or raising children/youth.
· Receive specialized, practical assistance for raising children 1-6 years

Grandparents Raising Grandchildren Support Group
Meets every 4th Monday of the month from 10:00am to noon. 
 This group provides support and connection for grandparents that are raising or helping to raise grandchildren.

Counselling:
Provides services and support for the individual and family;
· Communication/parenting
· Anger management
· Crisis intervention
· Esteem and related self development areas
· Grief and Loss
· Conflict Resolution/Relationship

Youth Centre:
Supporting youth and our community through various programs for ages 12-18. 
Programs also available for 19 and older.

Workshops
Workshops provide a great opportunity to learn important life skills in a relaxed and supportive environment;
· Anger Management
· Communication/Assertiveness
· Conflict Resolution/Stress Management
· Parenting
