The season of giving is upon us! Holiday festivities are coming fast, along with celebrations, gifting, and feasting. However, families in less fortunate circumstances often struggle to make this a joyous, special occasion. Rising prices make matters more precarious, adding to the challenges and stresses some families will face.
We encourage you to donate to our Touch of Christmas campaign and make a difference for children and families in the South Cariboo this holiday season.
Your donations are put towards Christmas Baskets filled with grocery cards, local merchant gift cards and gifts. These baskets are tailored to each family that signs up, helping ensure participants’ needs are met.
You can easily donate in a number of ways: By phone or in person at the Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre (250-395-5155, #1-486 Birch Avenue, 100 Mile House, BC), or online via our Donate page. Please make all cheques payable to the Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre and direct them to the Touch of Christmas campaign. We are a registered charity; tax receipts are available upon request for donations 20 dollars and above. If you, or a group you belong to, wishes to sponsor a family this year, please contact our reception by phone or email. Our helpful staff can provide more information and start the process for this generous undertaking.
