CFEC Kicks Off 2025 Touch of Christmas Campaign

CFEC is officially starting up this year’s Touch of Christmas campaign. This charity fundraiser is another way we support families in the South Cariboo, by providing much-needed support during the winter holidays. This can only take place with the financial support of our caring donors, who make contributions of cash and credit card donations, or donations of local merchant or grocer gift cards or gifts.

You can donate today to support families with a Touch of Christmas! Simply visit our donate page to donate online via CanadaHelps, a Canadian organization which provides secure donation processing. Or, if you’d rather donate in person, you can visit our office at 1-486 Birch Ave., 100 Mile House, BC.

Donations to touch of Christmas go directly to families by way of “Christmas Baskets”, which are tailored to families by members, their ages, and their interests. The baskets include grocery cards for nutritional support such as turkey or ham and vegetables, and various gifts and gift cards assigned using applicant information.

Families can apply for Christmas baskets from now until Dec. 5, 2025 by registering at our office at 1-486 Birch Ave., 100 Mile House.

For families facing hard times, the holidays can add extra stress and feelings of guilt or letdown and can compound issues they already face. Touch of Christmas helps alleviate these pressures and promotes a holiday season where families can focus on togetherness and cheer.
