Our qualified and knowledgeable Family Support Workers can support and advocate for families in 100 Mile House and the surrounding area. Services are typically delivered in-person; whether in our office, in your home, or out in community, though we can also offer support virtually or by phone.
We use holistic, trauma-informed, culturally safe, evidence-based approaches when connecting with clients. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or recognize a need for support, reach out to CFEC and maximize positive outcomes for your family today!

Nobody's Perfect
A supportive group, guided by trained facilitators for parents of children 0-5 years of age. Connect with others, share experiences, and explore parenting topics like health, behaviour, child development, and positive parenting strategies. Each session is built around the needs and questions of the parents who attend, creating an encouraging environment, build confidence, get practical ideas, and remember—you’re not alone, because nobody’s perfect!
Nobody’s Perfect is offered at various times throughout the year. It’s comprised of six weekly 1.5 hour sessions and requires registration. Please see our News feed for recent postings or contact us to register (or learn more).
