Youth Outreach

Youth between the ages of 10-30 who feel like they are struggling can find help and assistance through this program. Youth Outreach typically consists of one-on-one sessions with a youth and a Youth Worker. Outreach is goal-oriented, and can include referrals to community supports, mental health first-aid, mentoring, health resources, and life-skills development.
The goal of Youth Outreach is to empower youth to overcome barriers,  helping youth find success in all aspects of their lives.
Youth can easily make their own self-referrals. A parent/caregiver can make a self-referral on behalf of a youth. Youth may also be referred by professionals. For more information on how to make self-referrals or professional referrals, please visit our Access Services page.

Youth & Family Navigator

The Youth & Family Navigator engages, educates, and empowers youth and families in the community to address issues including, but not limited to, building connection to positive supports, identifying and overcoming barriers, conflict, homelessness, drug and alcohol abuse, referral to services, education, and employment. Services of the Youth & Family Navigator can be obtained by self referral or professional referral. For more information on how to make self-referrals or professional referrals, please visit our Access Services page.
